By signing up for our SMS (text message) marketing program, you agree to the following terms:

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the text-message opt-in box, you consent to receive promotional and informational text messages from Créations Gueule de Bois, including offers, new product announcements, promotion reminders and order updates. This consent is distinct and voluntary, separate from any other consent you may give (for example, for our email newsletter). Consent to SMS marketing is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary based on promotions and new products, but will not exceed 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Créations Gueule de Bois is not responsible for these charges. Check with your mobile service provider for details.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Your unsubscribe request will be processed within 10 business days. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages, but you may still receive transactional messages related to your orders.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share your phone number for third-party marketing purposes. Messages are sent through Mailchimp, our messaging service provider.

Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the update date.
