Order Confirmation

You will automatically receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your order. If not, please send an email to the following address: commande@creationsgueuledebois.ca indicating your name, phone number, and the items ordered.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed in the order they are received. We do our utmost to ensure that orders are shipped promptly. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

You will receive your order within 3 to 6 business days. Orders will be delivered by Canada Post. A tracking number will also be sent to you by email.

Damaged, lost and/or missing item

We place great importance on the preparation of your order. However, if a product is missing or if an incident occurs, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package at the following address : commande@creationsgueuledebois.ca. Photos may be required.

Return

You have 10 business days to return an item from the date of receipt. However, items must be intact and in the same condition as upon delivery. Items must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fees will be at your expense and are not refundable by Créations Gueule de Bois.

Refund

Once we have received your return, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.We will then process your claim request and you will be notified of the final decision within 5 business days. If your request is approved, you will be refunded to the original method of payment. This credit may take a few days to become available, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Ingredient Selection

We select the finest ingredients to craft all our products. These are chosen based on their usefulness as well as the many benefits they will provide to your skin and beard. Créations Gueule de Bois uses only organic and natural ingredients. No chemical ingredient is used as a stabilizer, which is why our products may show slight variations in color, texture, and fragrance. Rest assured that each product is made with the utmost care and with the best ingredients available.

The privacy of our customers' personal information is paramount. We have the utmost respect for your privacy. Under no circumstances will your information be shared with third parties.

What is beard oil?

Beard oil is a completely liquid product, generally made from two types of oils : organic and essential. The main benefits of organic oils are to nourish the beard and moisturize the skin. Essential oils, on the other hand, are used to add fragrance to the products.

The oil primarily targets the skin beneath the beard. Its softening effect makes the beard silkier, and its moisturizing power relieves itching and skin dryness. 

What is beard balm?

The balm is also made from a blend of organic and essential oils. Other ingredients such as beeswax and various butters (shea, cocoa) are added to these oils. The combination of these quality ingredients makes all the difference, making the products unique and giving them a solid appearance. However, the balm melts very easily in the hands as soon as it is warmed. It is therefore as easy to apply as beard oil.

The balm targets the hair more by providing instant hydration and acts as a protective barrier. It will also help to gently maintain the shape of the beard in place while taming unruly hairs.

It is recommended to use both oil and balm together when caring for your beard.Simply apply the oil first, allowing it time to be absorbed, and then apply the balm.

What should I do if the texture of my balm is grainy?

It is possible that small granules may be visible in the beard balm. There is no need to worry! This does not mean that the product is of poor quality—quite the opposite! It is simply a normal reaction when using shea butter. As soon as your balm is warmed, the crystals will melt and the shea butter will regain its smoothness.
