The Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Quebec (AGFGSQ) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to represent and support the thirteen Big Brothers Big Sisters organizations across the province of Quebec. For over 40 years, members of this movement have been offering mentoring programs to young people aged 6 to 21 throughout the province. AGFGSQ provides ongoing support to its members in order to offer meaningful presence to thousands of young people each year, helping them reach their full potential.

 

Promoting professionalism, civility, integrity, collaboration, and fairness, the AGFGSQ serves as a provincial hub, ensuring representation of all its members in various community, public, private, and governmental spheres, and aims, eventually, to standardize the services offered by its members. Its goal is to implement provincial projects and mentoring programs that address the various needs raised by Quebec’s youth. Its main activity is to provide personalized support in administration, clinical support, human resources, philanthropy, recruitment, and marketing communication to all its members in order to deliver the best service to the population.

 

Supporting AGFGSQ makes it possible to offer quality services to its members and, at the same time, to invest in enhancing the services offered to Quebec youth.
