RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns or refunds will be accepted under the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order;
• The product must be in its original packaging, sealed and in resellable condition;
• Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

For orders placed between November 15 and December 24, returns are accepted until January 24.

If the product is no longer in resellable condition, a store credit of an equivalent amount may be granted, usable on our online store.

Return shipping costs and the choice of shipping service are the customer's responsibility.

No returns or refunds will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt, unless the product is defective. In that case, please submit your return request using the following link: Self-Service Return

Return processing

Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also let you know whether your refund request is approved or declined.

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used for the original transaction.
