Coconut oil, shea butter, mango butter, beeswax, argan oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, meadowfoam oil, hemp oil, vitamin E, fragrance (bergamot and pine).

For all orders placed, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 6 business days. As soon as the package is handled by Canada Post, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as the holiday season. Please plan your purchases accordingly if you wish to give one of our products as a gift.

In addition, all our packages are insured for a value of up to $100 in case of damage or loss during delivery.

Return

You have 10 business days to return an item from the date of receipt. However, items must be intact and in the same condition as when delivered. Items must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.Shipping fees will then be at your expense and are not refundable by Créations Gueule de Bois.

Refund

After receiving your package, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. We will then process your claim request and you will be notified of the final decision within 5 business days. If your request is approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method. This credit may take a few days to become available, depending on your card issuer's policy.
