Shipping
For all orders placed on our website, delivery takes 1 to 4 business days depending on the destination. Packages ship within one business day with GLS. We ship everywhere in Canada. Shipping is free on all orders of $75 or more before taxes. For orders under that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
As soon as your package is picked up by our carrier, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods, especially the holiday season. Please plan your purchases accordingly if you want to give one of our products as a gift.
All our packages are insured for up to $100 in case of damage or loss during delivery. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the package and the product at info@creationsgueuledebois.ca.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. For orders placed between November 15 and December 24, returns are accepted until January 24. To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact, unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, products with a broken seal or that have been used (oils, balms, shampoos, soaps) are not eligible for return or refund.
Fragrance exchanges are accepted only if the product has not been opened. Please contact us before making any return or exchange.
No return will be accepted without prior authorization. To make a request, email info@creationsgueuledebois.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. The return address will be provided once your request is approved.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
Sale items or items purchased as part of a promotion are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. Your request will be processed and you will be notified of the decision within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will go back to the original payment method. The credit may take a few extra days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policy.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt, unless the product is defective. In that case, please send an explanatory email with photos to info@creationsgueuledebois.ca.
We do not ship outside Canada.

Wet your beard and rub the bar gently to build a rich lather. Massage thoroughly into the beard and skin, then rinse well with lukewarm water.
Can I use it somewhere other than my beard?
Yes — it suits face, beard, body and hands, for daily use.
Is it suitable for all skin types?
Yes. It cleans effectively without irritating the skin and leaves a woody freshness without dryness.
What are the ingredients in Ragnar soap?
Olive oil, water, coconut oil, castor oil, mango butter, shea butter, fragrance, jojoba oil, citric acid and sodium lactate. Our vegetable oils are certified organic.
What does Ragnar soap smell like?
A woody, spicy Nordic fragrance: green fir and anise on top; clove, cinnamon and coconut at the heart; birch, cedar, sandalwood, musk and vanilla at the base.
Where is this soap made?
It is handmade in Quebec with certified organic vegetable oils.
