Shipping
For all orders placed, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 6 business days. As soon as the package is handled by Canada Post, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as the holiday season. Please plan your purchases accordingly if you wish to give one of our products as a gift.
In addition, all our packages are insured for a value of up to $100 in case of damage or loss during delivery.
Return
You have 10 business days to return an item from the date of receipt. However, items must be intact and in the same condition as when delivered. Items must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.Shipping fees will then be at your expense and are not refundable by Créations Gueule de Bois.
Refund
After receiving your package, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. We will then process your claim request and you will be notified of the final decision within 5 business days. If your request is approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method. This credit may take a few days to become available, depending on your card issuer's policy.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 10 days from the date of purchase, unless the product is defective. In this case, please send an explanatory email with proof to the following address : commande@creationsgueuledebois.ca

Wet your beard and hair, apply a generous amount and massage in circular motions to build a rich lather, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Its gentle, neutral-pH formula is suitable for daily use.

Yes. Its formula cleans without stripping or drying out, and suits sensitive skin and delicate scalps.
What are the ingredients in Loki shampoo?
Distilled water, olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, potassium hydroxide (used for saponification and not present in the finished product), hemp oil, vitamin E, fragrance and citric acid. Our vegetable oils are certified organic.
What does Loki shampoo smell like?
Black raspberry and blackberry on top, creamy vanilla at the heart and earthy vetiver at the base — original and gourmand.
