Shipping
For all orders placed, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 6 business days. As soon as the package is handled by Canada Post, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as the holiday season. Please plan your purchases accordingly if you wish to give one of our products as a gift.
In addition, all our packages are insured for a value of up to $100 in case of damage or loss during delivery.
Return
You have 10 business days to return an item from the date of receipt. However, items must be intact and in the same condition as when delivered. Items must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.Shipping fees will then be at your expense and are not refundable by Créations Gueule de Bois.
Refund
After receiving your package, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. We will then process your claim request and you will be notified of the final decision within 5 business days. If your request is approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method. This credit may take a few days to become available, depending on your card issuer's policy.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 10 days from the date of purchase, unless the product is defective. In this case, please send an explanatory email with proof to the following address : commande@creationsgueuledebois.ca

How do I apply Gandalf beard oil?
Put 3 to 5 drops in the palm of your hand, warm them between your fingers, then spread evenly over your beard and the skin underneath, from the roots to the tips. Best right after a shower, on a slightly damp beard. Daily use recommended.
What beard and skin types is it made for?
It suits every hair type and is especially good for dry skin. It helps relieve itching and beard dandruff, and protects against the elements.
What are the ingredients in Gandalf oil?
Argan oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, meadowfoam oil, hemp oil, vitamin E and fragrance. Our vegetable oils are certified organic.
What does Gandalf smell like?
Fresh citrus air lifted with iris, jasmine, Douglas fir and white cedar — elegant and timeless.
How long does a 30 ml bottle last?
At 3 to 5 drops a day, a 30 ml bottle usually lasts 1 to 2 months.

Oil deeply moisturizes the skin and the hair — ideal for short to medium beards and dry skin. Balm adds hold and style for longer beards. The two work well together: oil to nourish, balm to style.
