Shipping
For all orders placed, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 6 working days. As soon as the package is picked up by Canada Post, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as the holiday season. Please plan your purchases accordingly if you wish to give any of our products as a gift.
In addition, all our packages are insured for a value of up to $100 in the event of breakage or loss during delivery.
Back
You have 10 working days to return an item from the date of receipt. However, the items must be intact and in the same condition as when delivered. Items must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs will then be your responsibility and are not refundable by Créations Gueule de Bois.
Refund
After receipt of your package, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. We will then process your claim request and you will be notified within 5 business days of the final decision. If your request is approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method. This credit may take a few days to become available, depending on your card issuer's policy.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 10 days, from the date of purchase, unless the product is defective. In this case, please send an explanatory email with proof to the following address: commande@creationsgueuledebois.ca
