Here is our “Gandalf” beard oil which was named in honor of the legendary wizard, the most powerful of all time! Even if he was mainly recognized for his extraordinary power, another element distinguished him from the others… his very long beard which was very often neglected! Unfortunately, his beard became rough and gray over time due to the blatant lack of care.
A beard should always look its best and it deserves to be maintained daily! By using our oil, your beard will be magnificent and just like you!

Shipping
For all orders placed, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 6 working days. As soon as the package is picked up by Canada Post, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as the holiday season. Please plan your purchases accordingly if you wish to give any of our products as a gift.
In addition, all our packages are insured for a value of up to $100 in the event of breakage or loss during delivery.

You have 10 business days to return an item from the date you received it. However, the items must be intact and in the same condition as when delivered. Items must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs will then be your responsibility and are not refundable by Créations Gueule de Bois.
Refund
After receipt of your package, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. We will then process your claim request and you will be notified within 5 business days of the final decision. If your request is approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method. This credit may take a few days to become available, depending on your card issuer's policy.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 10 days from the date of purchase unless the product is defective. In this case, please send an explanatory email with proof to the following address: commande@creationsgueuledebois.ca
